Hi Meredith! I love cheesecake! They're so addictive. Ugh. Any kind, doesn't matter - as long as it's cheesecake! Ha! Anyway, I'm searching for the best tasting cheesecake recipes for my brother's wedding this coming 30th. I have to thank the heavens for letting me find your blog. The party will be in a big ballroom (Denver) where the folks could actually dance and have fun. There lots of good and convenient wedding receptions (Denver) here in Colorado so we didn't have a hard time. Well, wish me luck on making this beautiful Red Velvet cheesecake! Thanks again!
